For close to 20 years, Simic has made his living from his original music. He has released 12 independent albums, received awards and critical acclaim, and built a significant following through national and international touring. His songs have had airplay across ABC Radio National, Triple J, Community radio and the BBC. He’s appeared live on RocKwiz, The Project and the BBC Culture Show. Simic has played festivals as diverse as Mona Foma, Edinburgh Fringe (UK), Woodford Folk Festival and Sziget Festival (EU). Simic has performed solo, and with his different groups, in band rooms, theatres and on festival stages in the US, Canada, Europe, the UK and NZ, with sold out headline shows from Smith’s Alternative to the Sydney Opera House to London’s West End.
